Mandurah residents are encouraged to make their vote count ahead of the Local Government Elections on Saturday, October 21.

Postal voting packages have been sent to eligible voters, and residents are encouraged to make their voices heard by completing and returning their voting packages. This ensures the community has its say on their Council representatives.

There is one vacancy each in the Town and East wards, and two vacancies each in the Coastal and North wards, all with four-year terms. View all candidates and their profiles.

How to vote in a postal election

An election package, including ballot papers, reply paid envelopes, a list of candidates, instructions on how to vote and a declaration, have been mailed to all electors.

You will be able to make your vote count by:

  1. Posting using the reply paid envelope provided in the postal voting pack; or
  2. Delivering your vote in person to the City of Mandurah Administration Building (3 Peel St) by Friday 20 October 2023; or
  3. Delivering in person on Election Day (Saturday 21 October) at the Seniors Centre, 41 Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah.

Although voting in the Local Government Elections is not compulsory, having your say is a great way to help shape the community and the future of Mandurah. Further information on voting

If you haven't received yours or misplaced it, replacement voting packs can be re-issued at the City of Mandurah Administration Building.
